LIMITED USAGE OF PRODUCTS: Members can download all products in license duration of validity. These products can be installed to your domain once it is registered, even if your license if out of date; However, at this time you can not log in, download other products, or join the forum. You have to register a new license to continue logging in member areas and download products.
UNAUTHORIZED USE: You may not place any of our templates, modified or unmodified, on a removable storage medium, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without our prior written consent. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your membership in Club to anyone else without our prior written consent.
OWNERSHIP: Intellectual property right request to any of our product is unavailable (both updated or pre-updated products). All of our products is registered and legal. All products are provided with no guarantee under any form, indication or implication. TemPlaza shall not hold any responsibility to any damage and loss, direct or indirect, unexpected, abnormal; damage and loss appear when using or unable to use our products.
WARRANTY AND SUPPORT: GAT do not provide guarantee and assurance for any product under any form. We can not assure customers that our products could integrate to all Extensions and Plugins provided by the third Party. The integration ability should be demonstrated in demo server. Customers have to make sure that their current browser could work with our products because we do not assure that our products integrate to all Browser combinations. Customers have to keep license registered to log in to our forum to post question and receive our solution to problems exist.
